Hello my name is Scott Loeb. I am the owner and one of the tattoo artists at Shifty Whiskers tattoo studio in Grill Pennsylvania. I’ve always had a love for art and design.

I worked for my fathers screen printing business before becoming a tattoo artist. There I learned and had the ability to create all types of designs and logos. Which is probably where my path to tattooing started. I began tattooing and body piercing in the mid-2000s.

Black and grey realism is my passion. Although I will never limit myself to one style of tattooing and gratefully have many clients with all styles of tattoos.

I opened Shifty Whiskers in 2022. I’m always excited to take on new clients and catch up with my current ones.
